Return & Exchange Policy

All items purchased from the House of Celeste may be returned for exchange or refund, provided that:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is returned in the original condition in which it was sent

  • The return is initiated and shipped back within 7 days of purchase

Once the item is received and inspected, approved returns will be processed to the original method of payment or exchanged as requested.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted.

Content & Influencer Use Clause

Due to increased misuse within the content-creation industry, any item that has been worn, featured, or used for social media content, influencer campaigns, promotional footage, editorial imagery, or professional shoots is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of condition.

Items intended for professional content use should be requested through our pull request or showroom procedures, and not purchased for short-term content purposes.

Shipping Policy

All items are carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
